The One- Backstreet Boys
I love the Backstreet Boys. I also love my boyfriend Andrew. 4 years ago today he asked me out for the first time. This song feels like the perfect description of us then. We both needed someone. He was shy and needed help coming out of his shell. I was depressed and needed someone to cheer me up and help me raise my confidence. We have been there for one another when it was most needed. He was a freshman and I was a sophomore. Now I'm a sophomore again and he is a freshman again. We have been dating for about 3 years total now and I am so happy! He is a great boy becoming a wonderful man. I remember Valentines Day four years ago I gave him some cookies I had made and a letter I wrote. This year I gave him a Star Trek mug and some Pay Days. 4 years ago I got a dragonfly necklace and a great card. This year was some chocolate and a cute dog I named Leon. I took a picture of him with the pendent from then. =DJust wanted to share this cool stuff with someone. I hope everyone had a good day today.
Things that made my day: Meeting another Eleanor my age! (She even spelled it the same), playing with the cats and dogs at the shelter, feeling like I aced my test, naps, hanging out with Andrew, Leon (my new stuffed animal), Andrew liking his gift, coffee, Glee, pre-ordering Jodi Picoult's next novel, discovering she is publishing her first YA novel later this year, realizing Andrew asked me out 4 years ago when we were in the same grades we are in now.
